Split of Home Office. Incoherent lines of reporting for counter terrorism. New dept for dealing with values and ideas – Service innovation. MOJ to have responsibility for civil and criminal law and the justice system, but Home Secretary still to have a voice in his crime prevention role. Confusing – perhaps no improvement.
