Town halls feel the pinch in a tight settlement (PF 12/10/07)
Consequences of 0.9% funding increase could be CT cap breaches and restrictions to adult social care. In LG, failure can be more subjective. Is the org necessarily failing if they can’t do everything with the funding offered by the Government?
